Terms and Conditions
No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any workbook purchases for any reason, including but not limited to accidental purchase, scheduling conflicts, or failure to download the file.
Free Event Registration
Registration for the live Bible study is free. You may not sell, transfer, or share your Zoom access link with others. Each participant must register individually.
Personal Use Only
Your registration and/or workbook purchase grants you a single-user license for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the workbook, Zoom link, or related materials is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content presented during the Bible study—including live teaching, discussions, and the workbook—is the intellectual property of Melody Alisa. Recording, reproducing, or distributing any portion without prior written permission is not allowed.
Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have the internet connection, device, and software necessary to access the live Zoom event and download the workbook (if purchased). We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive behavior (including inappropriate language, harassment, or misuse of the chat) may result in removal from the event.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify the date, time, or structure of the event if needed. If the live study is postponed, you will be notified via email.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the study or purchase of the workbook, including technical issues or dissatisfaction with the content.
Privacy Policy
Your information will be used for event communication and not shared or sold to third parties. By participating, you agree that sessions may be recorded for internal or future use.
Agreement to Terms
By registering for the event or purchasing the workbook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of access.
